Thermal Fogging
Thermal fogging is the generation of ultra-fine droplets in a range of 1-50 micron using thermos-pneumatic energy. Liquid substances are vaporised at the end of fogging barrel (resonator) and form ultra-fine aerosols by condensing on contact with cool ambient air, on being ejected, to create dense visible fog-clouds.
Our use of the biodegradable, food safe, non-toxic chemicals, we are able to effectively sanitize any environment through saturating the area with the fog. As the fog is heated as it emerges from the machine it immediately rises and slowly sinks as it cools, ensuring the product contacts every surface from the ceiling to the floor. The product leaves no residue on any surface. The area which has been fogged is available to be used within 30 minutes after fogging.
Thermal fogging is known to be able to reach areas/surfaces where other standard applications do not reach. It is recommended that any public facility or office environment be sanitized at least twice a week in order to preserve a hygienic environment assisting in the prevention of spreading disease.
HIGH PRESSURE MISTING SPRAY
High pressure misting, by means of air-atomising through specialised application nozzles, allows for the application of our preferred decontamination/sanitation products to mainly external areas, like schools/public play areas, where a wet surface application would be acceptable.
This application does leaf a fine mist layer on the surfaces and can be wiped if so required but not needed as mist will evaporate due to the fine droplet size created.
Fine misting droplets are formed between 20-30 micron and therefore small enough to create the finest of mist spray as to reach as areas/surface as far as possible.
High pressure misting spray application is the preferred method of application of decontamination/sanitising chemicals in large exterior public areas. Please contact us for any further information for your tailored application needs by means of high pressure misting spray.
BEHAVIOUR OF THE PARTICLES
Micro particles are generated through FIP equipment, causing the cold vapor molecules to be released into the atmosphere. The net result is a thick haze of suspended droplets (micro particles) that can diffuse into complex geometries and can be in contact with desired surfaces for a long period of time.Conventional technologies employ larger sized liquid droplets that cannot achieve the same contact time and coverage because of their higher weight.

SaniGuard System- for internal and external applications via thermal fogging.
- SaniChem has developed SaniSystem, an area decontamination system that includes using a thermal fogger or ULV machine to generate a mist or fog of tiny droplets of our leading disinfectant SaniGuard.
- Building on the tried and tested BacAtac, SaniGuard NRCS Reg. No.: Act5
- GNR529/281852/040/1086 is a novel patented modification of DDAC to be atomised via a Thermal fogging or ULV machine. Common DDAC is a known molecule that easily kills Coronavirus.
- The unique synthesis of the active ingredient in SaniGuard has dramatically boosted the efficacy of the standard DDAC molecule to a point where high pathogen kill rates are attained at low toxicity rates, thus creating a versatile package of applications.
- SaniGuard has excellent biodegradability and consequently, low environmental impact. Because it is truly non-corrosive and does not oxidise, SaniGuard preserves the premises and equipment.
- SaniGuard is no pH-dependant and works at a wide range of temperatures.
“THE SANISYSTEM IS YOUR BEST ALLY IN THE BATTLE AGAINST CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 IN THE ENVIRONMENT.”
Anolyte/Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl)- external and large areas to receive wet misting.
Hypochlorous acid can successfully eradicate biofilm and is a highly effective disinfectant against bacteria, viruses, pathogens, germs, bugs, spores, algae, yeast, mould and fungi.
Hypochlorous solution is a mixture containing Hypochlorous acid (scientific formula: HOCl), water and our stabilising ingredients. Hypochlorous acid is a highly specialised molecule that is, under normal conditions, manufactured by the white blood cells in the human body, and which is responsible for our immunity. It is also very important in regulating the body’s inflammation process and plays a central role in wound healing.
Free Available Chlorine (FAC) is chlorine that is present in the form of Hypochlorous acid, bleach chlorine or as dissolved chlorine gas. It is ‘free’ in the sense that it has not yet reacted with anything and ‘available’ in the sense that it can and will react if needed. Of these three FAC molecules, Hypochlorous acid is by far the most important germ killer. It is also the only completely non-toxic molecule of the three FAC’s.
Hypochlorous acid does not leave any toxic residue behind after its use.
